We aim to process all our orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11am are dispatched on the same day and orders placed after 11am, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Light a Lantern Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is top priority for Light a Lantern! We endeavour to supply only the best quality party products, however our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if you are not entirely happy with your order you can return it to us within 15 days for a replacement or a full refund.
If you wish to return our party products please contact Light a Lantern by email, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. Once your return has been authorised by us please pack it thoroughly and post to the following address:

Light a Lantern will not cover the return postage of unwanted products, however if you are returning the product that is faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly sent please read “Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods” section below.
Returned goods must be received in the original, unused condition and packaging with all components intact. All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for the money to reach your account. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
All Light a Lantern products are individually checked before posting, however, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty, damaged or incorrect then please contact Light a Lantern by email within seven days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
If you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily refund your costs associated in returning it to us (please enclose a copy of your postage receipt when you return the item, so that we know how much to refund you for your postage). Please send your parcel by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery service. Your original delivery charge will also be refunded if you are returning the whole order and you have requested a refund for the goods. Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible.
