 Candle Lantern Safety Guidelines

 

  • Always read the instructions on the box/packaging before using Light a Lantern candle lanterns;
  • Light a Lantern candle lanterns with long burning tea lights are for outdoor use only, however if regular tea lights are replaced with LED tea lights it is acceptable to use them indoors if you wish;
  • Do not place flammable materials in the bottom of the candle lantern bag apart from tea lights;
  • Do not place candle lanterns on top of any flammable material;
  • Do not move candle lanterns while alight or tea light wax is in a liquid state;
  • Do not allow children to play with candle lanterns or light the tea lights;
  • Keep tea lights out of the reach of children and pets;
  • Never leave burning tea lights or candles unattended;
  • Beware of the metal case of the tea light as they will get hot.

 

Floating Water Lantern Safety Guidelines

 

  • Always read the instructions on the box before using Light a Lantern floating water lanterns;
  • Floating water lanterns are not toys and should be kept away from children;
  • Floating water lanterns should not be left unattended once lit;
  • Keep floating water lanterns away from flammable material;
  • Lighting floating water lanterns in inappropriate surroundings or weather conditions or after they have been damaged may cause fires;
  • Gently place the floating water lantern on the water surface;
  • Floating water lanterns are made from non-flammable paper and come with comprehensive safety & instructions on every pack;
